I went in hoping to find a few menswear pieces. Nothing too fancy, just some decent options. But the selection felt really small. Like, I kept seeing the same kind of shirts and styles over and over.

The colors were limited too. Mostly basic stuff. And when I finally found something I sort of liked, the size I needed wasn’t there. A little frustrating. Click, check, sold out. Again and again.

I guess it’s fine if you just need something simple. Basics, maybe. But I was expecting more variety. More choices. Ended up leaving without buying anything

The order was okay, I guess, but I wouldn’t say I’m happy with it. It took longer to arrive than I expected, and once I finally got it, the fit wasn’t really what I thought it would be. I also got tired of having to explain the issue more than once, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not sure I’d buy from them again.

The return process has been taking way too long. I asked for an exchange and, like, it still hasn’t been sorted out yet, which is frustrating

I wasn’t really happy with the support experience. I reached out expecting a faster response and some clear help, but it took longer than I hoped and didn’t really solve my issue...

The clothes looked fine at first, but I’m absolutely convinced they’re not worth what I paid. The fabric felt kind of cheap, and the fit was definitely off. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for the price, I expected way better. I’m sure I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously dropped the prices.

My order showed up completely wrong. The shirt was a totally different color than what I picked, and the pants were the wrong size too. I needed the outfit for an event, so it was already frustrating, but dealing with support made it worse. They kept asking for the same info over and over and passing me around without actually fixing anything. Disappointing experience overall.

The shirt looked fine when I got it, but the fabric just didn’t feel great on my skin. After wearing it for a bit, it started feeling kind of stiff and scratchy, which was annoying. I was expecting something softer and more comfy. It’s not the WORST shirt ever, but I definitely wouldn’t be in a hurry to buy it again.

The box showed up crushed, so that was a little disappointing. Thankfully, the item inside seemed okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been handled better.

My order did eventually show up, but the shipping took way too long. For a few days, the tracking just sat there with no real updates, which was frustrating. I kept checking it in the evening and it still hadn’t changed...

I don’t know, the designs just feel kind of outdated to me now. Maybe it’s just my taste, but I was expecting something a bit fresher and I’m a little confused by some of the style choices

I tried browsing signaturemenswear.com what a mess. The pages loaded like Sir Spins-a-Lot was in charge, the filters were basically Captain Useless, and checkout felt like it was designed by the Confusion Committee. I got annoyed and gave up before buying anything...

i ordered and ended up waiting way longer than i expected. the tracking barely changed the whole time, so i had to keep checking in and chasing for updates. the delivery just felt really unreliable, and i don’t think i’d order from them again

The sizing was pretty much spot on, and it fit really nicely too. Super happy with how it turned out.
